If you've experienced any of these 7 things in life, you're mentally very powerful

You've dealt with failure and picked yourself back up. It's easy to do well when things are going smoothly, but true mental strength is revealed when you face setbacks, learn from them, and continue forward without letting them define you.

You've endured significant loss. The loss of a loved one, a friendship, or a cherished dream can be shattering. If you've experienced such losses and found a way to navigate through the grief and continue living, it demonstrates immense mental fortitude.

You've stepped outside your comfort zone. Regularly pushing your boundaries and embracing new, sometimes uncomfortable, experiences helps build resilience and adaptability.

You've challenged the status quo. Going against the grain, questioning established norms, and standing up for your beliefs despite opposition shows courage and a strong sense of self, even if it invites criticism.

You've demonstrated empathy in difficult situations. It takes mental strength to respond with understanding and compassion, even when someone has hurt you or when circumstances are challenging. It requires managing your own emotions to connect with others.

You've persevered in the face of adversity. When life gets tough, the natural inclination can be to give up. If you've faced storms head-on and kept fighting, it's a clear sign of unwavering mental strength.

You've learned to accept what you cannot control. Mentally strong individuals don't waste energy on things outside their influence. Instead, they focus on what they can control, particularly their attitude and responses to life's challenges.

This is my story in short.
