DHURYODANISATION

DHURYODANISATION

TAKE SOME TIME AND READ.

Karnataka is totally shaken by Actor Darshan's Episode.

As a mental health professional I would like to give this story an empathetic perception.
I am not Denying the fact that what Darshan did, is something Heroic. This act should be punished.

I am only speaking about the reason behind such homicidal behaviour.
There is a very thin line between KRAURYA and SHAURYA.

When you don't get a right person in your life, one will not know you are  upto. Each and everyone including friends family and fans never made him realise this line.

If Darshan had an oppurtunity to find one true well wisher his life would had turned Blue.

So much of hardwork went under the carpet.
One true soul can transform Angulimala to a great saint. One thought provoking Eye-opener can give us Valmiki.

A Guru is very important for all of us. Darshan charecter as Duryodhan with kraurya would have got transformed to Arjuna with SHAURYA with one humble guru drushti.

Manasinda yaru kettouralla.... Villains are nor born, they are created.

Let us take this episode as learning. It is our duty as parents, teachers and mentors to sculpt a responsible and socially sensitive human.

I apologise if My lines have hurt someone's emotions.

Comment if you think this makes sense.

Unveiling the Symbolism of the Konark Wheel in the G20

It’s my privilege to bring out wowser moments during my visit to Konark Sun Temple

The Konark Wheel, often referred to as the Sun Wheel or Sun Dial, is a symbol of profound significance. While its association with the G20 may not be widely known, the symbolism of this wheel transcends its historical and architectural origins. In this article, we will delve into the theology
of the 6th wheel, exploring the deeper spiritual and philosophical implications it holds for the G20 and the world at large.
Before delving into the theology of the 6th wheel, let's understand the historical context. The Konark Wheel is a prominent motif found in the Sun Temple of Konark, a UNESCO World Heritage site located in Odisha, India. This temple, dedicated to the sun god Surya, was built in the 13th century and is renowned for its stunning architectural design.
The Konark Wheel, often carved in stone or depicted in various forms, symbolizes the eternal cycle of life, death, and rebirth. It also represents the solar calendar and the passage of time, with the 12 spokes of the wheel signifying the months of the year and the 24 intricately carved segments
representing the hours of the day.

The Theology of the 6th Wheel

The Konark Wheel's connection to the G20, a forum for international economic cooperation and decision-making, might seem unusual at first. However, when we consider the broader theological implications of this symbol, its relevance becomes apparent.

1. Unity in Diversity: The G20 brings together nations from around the world, each with its
own unique cultural, religious, and philosophical traditions. The 6th wheel, with its intricate design and multiple components, serves as a reminder of the unity that can be found within diversity. Just as the wheel functions harmoniously despite its many parts, so too can the diverse nations of the G20 come together for the common good.

2. Cycles of Prosperity and Adversity: The theology of the 6th wheel emphasizes the cyclical nature of life. In the context of the G20, this can be seen as a reminder that economic cycles are inevitable. Nations may experience periods of prosperity and adversity, but like the wheel, they continue to turn. This perspective encourages cooperation and support among member nations during both good times and bad.

3. Sustainable Growth: The Konark Wheel also symbolizes the passage of time and the
importance of sustainability. In the G20, discussions often revolve around economic growth and development. The 6th wheel serves as a reminder that sustainable growth is essential, as it ensures that the wheel of progress continues to turn for generations to come.

4. Global Responsibility: The theology of the 6th wheel can inspire a sense of global
responsibility among G20 member nations. Just as each spoke and segment of the wheel has a role to play in its smooth rotation, so too do nations have a role in the interconnected global economy. This interconnectedness underscores the importance of cooperation and responsible economic practices.

5. Humanity: If you clearly watch this wheel, out of 12 Wheels this stands out as it represents a cycle of lifestyle. You can see 8 segments. In each segment, the First 4 speaks about men's evolution and the other 4 about Women. Understanding each Gender and living in Harmony is the need of the hour.

The Konark Wheel, with its rich theological symbolism, offers a unique perspective on the G20 and its mission. It serves as a reminder of unity in diversity, the cyclical nature of economic fortunes, the importance of sustainability, and the shared responsibility of nations in the global arena. By embracing the theology of the 6th wheel, the G20 can strive for a more harmonious and prosperous
world where the wheel of progress continues to turn for the betterment of all.

Do you know the story of chess?

Chaduranga is the ancient game. There is a temple in Tamilnadu  - Chaduranga Vallabhanathar. This Temple speaks about the history of chadaurang. How this game was invented and why? After reading the inscriptions I really feel proud to have belong to this beautiful Nation that carries the rich hertage of structuring science based culture.

Ithihasa...
Vasudeva was the ruler of Koneru rajapuram near Kumbakonam. He was not having his biological child so he decided to perform Athirudra Mahayaaga.

Once when the king was bathing in the river Tambraparani along with his queen, he saw a conch floating on a lotus flower. When he picked up the conch, it turned into a child. The king and the queen were very happy and took the child with them as their princess. The child was named Rajarajeswari. Chamundi – who is one of the sapta matrikas – went with them as the nurse for the princess.

Rajeshwari was highly cognitive and it was very difficult to keep her occupied mentally. Chamundi who was her care taker realised to compose a scuffolding which not only engage jer productively but also make her expert in warfare, politics, warriorship, dicferent kinds of enemy and attacking skills. Today we know this as chess.

We need to get back to our roots. The inscriptions clearly mentions about stages of Ranga( performamce), churanga ( )4 stages of life performance).

Rajarajeswari became proficient in all forms arts and other activities and in particular became very talented and proficient in playing chaturangam (chess). The king started looking for a suitable groom for Rajarajeswari and announced that whoever defeat hear at a game of chaturangam would be given her hand in marriage. Many came and tried but none could defeat her.

A sage advised the king to once again visit Siva temples and pray for a suitable groom. During this pilgrimage, he reached Poovanur, where a siddhar approached the king and challenged the princess to a game of chess. A game was arranged, and the siddha won the game and asked for the princess’ hand, revealing himself to be Lord Siva, and He married Parvati. As he won the game of chaturangam he is named Chaturanga Vallabha Nathar.

Let us teach our children the vaue of being born in such a Nation.

The Connection Between Stress and Blood Sugar

Most of us associate spikes in blood sugar with dietary choices, such as eating too much sugar or too many carbs. But many elements can affect how our bodies regulate blood sugar, including dehydration, heat and sun exposure, and skipping meals. Do you know, Stress, including life circumstances, illness, and lack of sleep, is also a contributing factor when it comes to blood sugar regulation.

When you are stressed, the “stress response” is triggered in your body. This sends a cascade of hormones, including cortisol, to be released. Cortisol can significantly affect our bodies, including our inflammatory response, immune system, and metabolism.

Self-Test for Stress

One way to determine if stress affects your health is to take a self-assessment test. Ask yourself the following questions about your perceived stress levels:

Do you often find yourself becoming upset about unexpected events?

Have you recently felt stressed, anxious, or nervous?

Do you often feel like you cannot control the events of your life?

Have you had recent experiences where you felt like you could not deal with everything happening in your life?

Do you struggle to deal with the daily hassles and irritations of life?

If you answered 'yes' to many or most of these questions, it might be a sign that your stress levels are high. Finding ways to lower your stress and cope with it effectively can be an important way to protect your physical health and mental well-being.

Support Groups

If you have diabetes, consider joining a support group. This can provide social and emotional support as you manage your condition. There are also online forums and chat rooms that can connect you with others dealing with similar issues.

Asha the hope is a door that you always can knock on to seek emotional support and get educated on the state of wellness you are in.

GURUPARAMPARA- "THE DETOXIFIERS"

 Samardha Sadguru charanara vindabhyaan namah

Sri Gurubhyo Namah !!

Matru devobhava , pitru devobhava, Acharya Devobhava is what our Vedic texts say. Meaning that the after mother and father it’s the teacher who must be worshipped. A teacher must be respected and treated as an equivalent to God. In Sanatana Dharma teacher is called “GURU”. Well “Guru” has become a ubiquitous word these days. People use the word Guru in various contexts, but actually the word “Guru” has the following meaning. In Guru Gita it is said that

“Gukaraschandhakarastu rukaarastannirodhakrut |

Andhakaravinaasitwaat gururityabhideeyate ||”

“Gu” Kara means the darkness and “Ru” Kara means the remover of the darkness. On account of the power of removing darkness, the teacher is known by the significant name “Guru”.

Ignorance is darkness, it’s the state where we do not know anything and the person who brings us out of this darkness and shows us light is the Guru.

He word Guru means one who dispels darkness – a teacher.

The word Acharya means one who teaches the right conduct – again a teacher, basically.

But other than the straight meaning, in SANATHANA both Guru as well as Acharya are associated with a master to whom a religious/ spiritual aspirant goes and seeks guidance

Our Sanathana Dharma believes in SADGURUSHIP.

We are the believers of Uttama ( Excellence) over shreshtatha (superior)

A satguru may not really appear in any Guru or Acharya Parampara. A Satguru in all probability will be a swayambu (self existing). A Satguru may be born in a remote village to simple and unassuming parents who have least to exposure to anything divine. A Satguru could be an avatara purusha. He/she arrives by divine will to teach the mankind. To show a new path. To cleanse a stagnant and dirtied religion or a religious sect. He/she is like a large steamer that can carry hundreds of ardent devotees and disciples across the sea of Samsara.

Krishna himself stood as a Guru to Arjuna and gave Bhagawad Gita to this world .Hence we say “Krishnam vande Jagadgurum”.

Guru explains the concept and sadguru let you experience. Guru institutionalize the learning and Sadguru prepares you as an institution.

Vyasaya Vishnu Roopaya, Vyasa Roopaya Vishnave |

Namove Bhrama Nithaye, Vasishtaya Namo Namaha:||

Salutation to Vyas who is in the form of Vishnu and Vishnu who is in the form of Vyas and one who is the treasure house of the Vedas. Salutation to one who was born in the noble family of Vasishta. The honour of being equal to Vishnu belonged to Maharushi Vyas.

Veda Vyasa’s contribution to Sanatan Dharma is immense , he did the veda vibhag i.e. he classified the Vedam as Rig Veda ,Yajur Veda ,Sama Veda and Atharvana Veda. Then he gave 18 Puranas and then he gave us Maha Bharatam /Maha Bharat .Then he gave us Brahma Sutras,Sri mad Bhagavatam ,Devi Bhagavatam … the list is long. It’s not possible tell about Bhagwan VedaVyasa in one post.

In order to remember that great rishi and also worship our Gurus we have Guru purnima .The beauty in Sanatan Dharma is that ,the month in which Guru Purnima comes is a soonya maasa which means there will not be any muhurtams/muharat ( auspicious days and times ) for marriages or any other events. Such is the respect our ancestors had for Gurus. This year Guru Purnima is on 13th  of July .On that day we should be performing Guru Pooja one should be grateful to those Gurus who made us realize who we are and supported us to self-discover the true potential. We bow to those lotus feet of great Gurus and seek blessings.

Happy GURUPOORNIMA

ASHA THE HOPE

जननी जन्मभूमिश्च स्वर्गादपि गरीयसी

Asha the Hope celebrated Deepavali with the unseen and unsung heroes of our Nation.
I am talking about those who manufacture our National Flag. The only authorised unit in India to manufacture and supply national flags – the Karnataka Khadi and Gramodyoga Samyukta Sangh (Federation) (KKGSSF) – is located in Bengeri village in Dharwad district

There are women from various part of Hubli and Dharwad. They work on daily wages. They used to get 30 rupees per day and now they get 75 to 150 rupees.
No age bar. When you ask an old woman why is she still working...she said such beautiful words. These are her lines..." Not every body has oppurtunity to give back the Nation something before we leave. I can't  go to border and guard my country but I can be the nation's pride in their hands."
A pregnant lady is working with so much of respect to the nation to have her child support every single growth the nation aspires.
There are women and few men staff working as family.

There are nine different types of flags; they’re all manufactured in Karnataka.-The flags are made according to standards set by BIS. According to KKGSSF'  "Production of national flags as per strict guidelines of BIS is not an easy task, because, any defect in the flags such as colour, size, thread count, strength of yarn, fastness of the colours used for dyeing, etc. will be considered as a serious offence and is liable.

When you think beyond your horizon extends and Nation become your family.spending time was all they expected. They don't need fame and name , neither charity or recognition.  All they need is few minutes of your quality time and they illuminate such an encouraging environment . More than sky shots, sparkles or 1000wala...

This memory stays as an immortal imprint .

We are not promised tomorrow.  Let us give back universe something that is remembered cherished by few hearts atleast.

The best Deepavali of my life....

The story of Shiva shakthi

The story of Shiva the purusha and Shakthi the prakruthi who are the masculine and Feminine system in the nature , who are the symbol of solar and Lunar energy.

Lord Brahma’s wish-born son, a prajapati (Lord of creatures), was entrusted with the duty to populate the Universe. He with his wife, Prastuti, had many daughters who were married off to gods and sages. Sati, his youngest daughter, was his favourite.

Sati was the reincarnation of Ardhashakti, or the better half of Lord Shiva which he had sacrificed to maintain the balance in the Universe and was thus, destined to marry Lord Shiva. But Daksha detested him and his hermetic lifestyle.

Sati grew up to be the most beautiful maiden in the entire Universe, and there were innumerable suitors who wanted her hand in marriage.

Sati, determined to fulfill her destiny, went to the Himalayas to meditate and appease Lord Shiva. Pleased with her devotion, he agreed to marry her at once.

All the gods attended their wedding. Daksha did not approve of the marriage, but reluctantly gave his consent. After the wedding, Lord Shiva and Goddess Sati made Mount Kailash their abode and led a happy married life.

Daksha felt insulted as he had to accept a hermetic Lord Shiva as his son-in-law and decided to avenge his pride. Soon after, he organised a grand yagna (ritual sacrifice) and invited all the gods except Lord Shiva.

When Goddess Sati found out about the yagna, she was furious at her father. She requested Lord Shiva to participate in it, but he refused. Goddess Sati was determined to confront her father. She said, “I am his daughter, and he owes me an explanation. He cannot stop me from being welcomed to my own home.” Lord Shiva, sensing trouble, tried to stop goddess Sati, but she would not listen to any warning.

When Goddess Sati arrived at her father’s house, Daksha welcomed her coldly. He then proceeded to insult her husband in front of the guests.

Enraged at her father’s behaviour, a furious Goddess Sati declared that she would not tolerate any insult of her husband. Invoking a sacrificial fire, Goddess Sati sacrificed herself.

Lord Shiva was furious after learning about Sati’s death. Unable to control his anger, he brought forth superior beings Virabhadra and Bhadrakali, to behead Daksha. Even though many gods tried to help Daksha, Virabhadra and Bhadrakali destroyed his army and beheaded him.

Lord Brahma pleaded to Lord Shiva for his son’s life and asked for forgiveness for his behaviour. Lord Shiva calmed down, and revived Daksha by replacing his head with a goat’s head. He placed Goddess Sati’s body on his shoulder and started walking through the Universe, neglecting his duties. The gods were very  concerned and approached Lord Vishnu to help restore balance in the Universe.

Lord Vishnu used his sudarshan chakra (a celestial weapon) to cut Sati’s body to pieces, which fell on earth. The total number of body pieces were 52, and they fell on 52 different places. All these places are known as holy 52 Shakti pithas in Hindu religion, and there is a Kali or Shakti temple in each of them. Lord Shiva returned to Mount Kailash to meditate and mourn his wife’s death. Goddess sati eventually returned to Lord Shiva by taking birth as Parvati.

These 6 basic steps will haun your ability to turn people down.

As soon as you begin to apply them ,you will begin to feel justified saying 'no'

Do not glide your no with a lie or pad it with with excuses.
lies and excuses are  counter productive because in all likelihood you will feel guilty about your fabrications. And guilt is precisely what you are trying to avoid.

A BALANCE SHEET FOR THE INDIA -TODAY

Winston Churchill once said " To say that India is a nation, is to say that Equator is one "
For people like him , who projected the deliberately misguided hubris that BRITISH CREATED INDIA   and for their continued presence, india would not have survive, the completion of decades of the Republic is a fitting riposte.

Our young Republic hs not only survived but proved long ago that its survival is beyond doubt.
We may be a young Republic but we are an Ancient culture. When nationhood is underpinned by a strong and verifiable civilisation unity, the result is usually invincible.

Rakhigarahi - The less known truth.

Rakhigarhi hit the headlines when the DNA extracted from a woman who lived in the village around 4,500 years ago yielded clues to the ancestry of ancient Indians. Being a hub of ancient history, though, has come at a cost to this Indus Valley Civilisation site.

At Rakhigarhi, one of the largest sites of the Indus Valley Civilisation (IVC), history is everywhere. You find the ancient past in the fields or courtyards, in puddles of mud, or in trenches dug up to raise the foundation of a house.

A man behind unsung song and untold truth.
Mr. Mirza chand

It was our privilege to be part of the proud moments - cherishing the beauty of our ancient wisdom and skilled culture.
The village, about 150 km from Delhi in neighbouring Haryana, hit the headlines across the world last week when the DNA extracted from a woman who lived there around 4,500 years ago yielded clues to the much-debated ancestry of ancient Indians. The study, published in the science journal Cell, is the end result of a five-year-long excavation in Rakhigarhi by a team of researchers led by Vasant Shinde, vice-chancellor of Pune Deccan Postgraduate and Research Institute.

The DNA samples extracted from the ancient Rakhigarhi inhabitant showed that she belonged to a population now known to be the ancestors of most South Asians. The studies showed that she was not of Aryan descent — her DNA did not have the Steppe pastoralist ancestry.

The pain :
We see very few indian research scholars involved in digging our "Asthitva"
We see infinite number of western research team exploring  a rich learning experience and exibiting passion  in understanding indian culture, which  is  THE UNIVERSE ITSELF.

How to Stop Worrying?

Are you plagued by constant worries and anxious thoughts? These tips can help calm your worried mind and ease anxiety.

Results of worrying is too much!

1. Negative thinking,
2. Always expecting the worst can take a toll on emotional and physical health.
3.It can sap your emotional strength.
4.It can leave you feeling restless and jumpy.
5. It can cause insomnia, headaches, stomach problems, and muscle tension.
6. It can make it difficult to concentrate at work.
7. Impulsive behavior

Why is it so hard to stop worrying?

Constant worrying can take a heavy toll. It can keep you up at night and make you tense and edgy during the day. And even though you hate feeling like a nervous wreck, it can still be so difficult to stop.

Reason we can't stop worrying is because of associated BELIEFS!

Negative beliefs about worry.

You may believe that your constant worrying is harmful, that it’s going to drive you crazy or affect your physical health. Or you may worry that you’re going to lose all control over your worrying—that it will take over and never stop. While negative beliefs, or worrying about worrying, adds to your anxiety and keeps worry going, positive beliefs about worrying can be just as damaging.

Positive beliefs about worry.

You may believe that your worrying helps you avoid bad things, prevents problems, prepares you for the worst, or leads to solutions. Maybe you tell yourself that if you keep worrying about a problem long enough, you’ll eventually be able to figure it out? Or perhaps you’re convinced that worrying is a responsible thing to do or the only way to ensure you don’t overlook something? It’s tough to break the worry habit if you believe that your worrying serves a positive purpose. Once you realize that worrying is the problem, not the solution, you can regain control of your worried mind.
